Terminal, distribution block and connector
The manufacturer's classification separates universal OTL terminals from OJL distribution blocks. In terminal blocks , compare exact references, input and output counts and permitted conductors. OJL and OTL have solutions for Al/Cu, but this does not mean identical materials are permitted at every port. An input for Al/Cu does not automatically prove an aluminium output.
Rated current and cross-section are separate criteria. The tables for OJL give both for the corresponding block; one number does not replace the other. For cable connectors, MSL lugs and MSC connectors, also retain the exact code and purpose. A shared brand does not make different constructions interchangeable.
Moflex differs in slats and size
Moflex is an insulated flexible copper busbar. Variants are distinguished by the size and number of laminations. The exact MMC0090201 is listed as 9 × 0,8 × 2, with a cross-section of 14,4 mm² and a length of 2 m. As a manufacturer comparison, MMC0090301 adds another lamination and has a cross-section of 21,6 mm²; this comparison does not mean that every described variant is separately offered in the shop.
Busbar size alone does not establish permissible current under any conditions. Selection concerns the specific reference and application. Do not transfer current, voltage, insulation properties or designations from one Moflex to every other busbar and connector.
The cable entry and mounting support have different roles
In cable seals and plugs , look for components for the relevant entry. Insulated BREAK and InsuGel joints, heat-shrink sleeving and support insulators are separate groups in the range. The presence of a sealing component does not automatically determine the protection of the complete assembled solution.
For the mounting base, explore DIN rail TS35. When preparing a list, separate electrical connection, distribution, insulation, cable entries and mechanical fixing. Each part can then be compared with its own specification instead of assuming one shared characteristic for every MOREK product.
