OBO BETTERMANN at Latrand covers Quick-Pipe split conduits, junction boxes, fixings and earthing elements. Selection is by the component's task: routing, branching, fixing or an earthing part. Sharing a brand does not mean all products are parts of one system.

Quick-Pipe is a system of matching components

Quick-Pipe split conduits combine conduit, Quick clips and suitable fittings for surface installation. The system allows reopening by rotating it in the corresponding clip. This is a feature relating to access when changing the route, rather than a general property of every OBO conduit or permission to work on an electrical installation.

System fittings include a T-piece, 90° bend and coupling, in metric sizes M16, M20, M25 and M32. Keep the exact conduit and accessory reference when choosing. Old and new fitting generations may have different codes; size alone is insufficient to consider every combination compatible.

The junction box has its own specification

The junction boxes include T60, T100 and A6. Consider the specific variant's dimensions and data separately from the conduit system. Aquasit insulating gel is another item in the range. A box, gel and cable entry appearing in one collection do not automatically establish the characteristics of every assembled solution.

For mechanical fixing, continue to OBO fasteners. Select cable and conduit fixings for the corresponding element and substrate. When preparing a list, separate straight sections, transitions, branches and fixing. Accessories will then not be missed or incorrectly assumed included with the conduit.

Earthing is a separate area

The earthing section includes electrodes, connecting clamps and separate mounting accessories; the range also includes air termination rods. These are different items from Quick-Pipe and junction boxes. Selection concerns the specific solution and exact components without inferring complete site protection from one item. For replacement, prepare the existing parts' full designations; for a new assembly, retain separate lists for the route and earthing section.
