Controllers and control panels

Choose a display control panel, push-button interface and thermostat according to the task and system they will join. The category contains different control forms and ecosystem names. Appearance is separate from the exact reference's supported functions and integration conditions.

Start with the ecosystem and the device's role

Catalogue names include Living Now My Home, LL My Home, KNX and Omnia. Keep the full system designation together with the chosen item's code. Do not assume a similar panel from another series can use the same equipment or that "smart" establishes compatibility between brands.

Also distinguish interaction methods: physical buttons, virtual on-screen buttons or a thermostat. Describe which actions you want to perform from that location. Then check the exact reference's functions. Display diagonal and shown button count are insufficient to determine what is actually controlled.

The family determines the scope of specific information

Ekinex describes EK-ED2-TP and EK-E13-TP as KNX push-button interfaces with a climate controller. This applies to the stated TP families. Do not transfer these functions to a passive frame, cap or conventional socket, even if the external design is similar. When comparing, retain every part of the code, including the suffix.

Before purchasing, clarify the prerequisites for commissioning: the system required, configuration method and supported functions according to the manufacturer. If other components are needed for the chosen scenario, specify them separately. An image of a complete control solution does not establish what is included in the specific item or which additions are required.

Check the panel and mounting parts separately

Match the intended location with the chosen series' support frame, modular version and face components. Colour does not replace checking the components. For Living Now My Home products, keep the exact reference when clarifying layout and compatible parts without transferring data from another colour or a similar name.

If seeking another element type for the specific system, browse Smart switches, sockets and modules. The general route is Smart control. For searching by brand, you can also use BTICINO. Compare the system, function and exact version before colour and screen size.
