Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Estimated transit time to our supported international destinations is 5–8 business days after dispatch, in addition to order processing of up to 2 business days. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. If an estimated delivery time is not displayed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Fixed standard delivery is €4.60 within Bulgaria, €6.90 to Germany, and €8.90 to the other supported EU destinations and the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free on orders of €100.00 or more within Bulgaria and €200.00 or more to the supported international destinations. Other available courier options and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

United Kingdom customs, taxes and other applicable fees

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, taxes, duties, and import fees may apply. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be due when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.

European Union orders

Delivery to another EU country is available when that destination and an appropriate shipping method are offered at checkout. Available destinations are shown when you enter your delivery address.

International shipping charges depend on the destination and available shipping method and are shown before you confirm your order.

Bulgaria’s domestic delivery periods do not automatically apply to international deliveries. Please check the estimated delivery time for your destination before confirming your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

Shipping availability depends on your delivery address and the methods offered at checkout. The final shipping cost and order total are shown before you complete your purchase.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
